Anybody can call themselves a nutritionist, there are no requirements.

Many insurance carriers do not cover functional lab tests as they are not considered "medically necessary" by current healthcare standards. Please get in touch with your insurance company to verify what is covered.
A superbill is a receipt for nutrition counseling sessions that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. When you speak to an insurance representative please be sure to ask how to submit a superbill for reimbursement and how long it will take the insurance company to reimburse you.
Yes! Nutrition counseling and health coaching are likely to be acceptable services for use of your HSA or FSA, however, it is recommended that you call your insurance company to verify this so that you do not have any unexpected expenses. Please see review the insurance guide for further questions on this topic. FSA/HSA accounts may be used for functional lab tests.
