Welcome to Begin Again Nutrition! I established this company for all of us who have found ourselves in the spirit of readiness to Begin Again on our health journey! As a behavior change expert, I have been helping people reach their health and wellness goals for the last 15 years! Previously, I owned True 10 Fitness, providing personal training, fitness boot camps, yoga, and indoor cycling classes.
After witnessing thousands of lives transformed, I knew I needed to reach non-exercisers too. As a Registered Dietitian, my clinical practice involves online nutrition counseling, education, and functional lab testing, which allows me to dive deeper with my clients and get to the root cause of health issues. My area of expertise is in behavior change related to health, specializing in weight loss and chronic disease prevention and management. In addition to online personalized nutrition counseling, I work as a group therapy facilitator in a mental health and substance abuse recovery setting where we explore mindset, motivations, beliefs, and habits related to self-care. As time permits, I provide on-site and online seminars to large groups on health-related topics. On a personal note, I am a doctoral student on my way to completing a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition program.
My clients experience improved weight management, gastrointestinal function, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and reported feelings of well-being with less stress. We are all meant to feel well and the journey to creating a healthy body can be an enjoyable process!
